I live out of state and googled Flowers in St Paul, as I wanted a local shop for 2 very special arrangements. It was the day before Christmas Eve, and the temps were well below zero. I found this arrangement and knew it would be perfect for my mother in St Paul. I ordered it in the morning and it arrived later that day. My elderly mother absolutely loves the arrangement, she loves the special touch of the evergreens, beautiful red roses and white flowers. Thank you to the delivery driver who was out on that frigid day delivering delicate flowers to their destinations.
